Refunds
Everything we sell is a file, so there is nothing to send back. What we offer instead is a thirty-day window and a person reading your request.
The policy
You have thirty days from purchase to request a refund. We evaluate each request on its own facts rather than applying a blanket rule, because our first answer to a problem is usually to fix it.
Why it is case by case
If something in the material is wrong, we correct it, publish the correction in the public log, and send the revised file to everyone who owns that edition. A mistake is not a reason to lose your purchase, and in most cases the fix reaches you faster than a refund would.
So tell us what the problem is first. If it is a factual error, that is a correction and you keep the material. If the material is not what you expected, or it is not going to work for you, say so inside thirty days and we will look at it.
How to ask
Write to us with the email address you used at checkout, what you bought, and what went wrong. One paragraph is plenty. We do not ask you to justify yourself at length.
What we will not do
- We will not quote a refund rate. We would have to be able to show it, and a number on a page about verification has to be checkable.
- We will not use a refund window as a countdown. Thirty days is a policy, not a pressure device.
Before you buy
Two things are open to you without spending anything. The free sample is twelve pages of real cards with the source lines live and no email required. The corrections log is public whether or not you have bought anything, so you can read our mistakes before you read our work. Between them you should be able to tell whether this is for you.
